Targeted compression for the upper and lower knee helps stabilize the kneecap while keeping your movement unrestricted. The Adjustable Dual Patella Knee Straps are designed for people who need added knee support during exercise, recovery, or everyday activity without the bulk of a traditional brace.
Dual patellar tendon support
A contoured dual-strap structure places compression above and below the knee to support patellar tracking and improve stability. The integrated silicone gel pad helps absorb impact at the kneecap, reducing pressure during movement. This focused design can be used by those managing knee discomfort related to injury or ongoing conditions.
Lightweight, low-profile construction
With a weight of only 76g/84g, the strap offers a more flexible alternative to bulky knee braces. Its open-back design helps prevent pinching and bunching behind the knee, preserving freedom of movement. The slim profile is suitable for extended wear during running, walking, weightlifting, daily exercise, and prolonged standing.
Adjustable fit
Each dual strap includes six buckle holes, so the tension can be adjusted for a secure fit that stays in place while allowing a full range of motion. Two available sizes accommodate both men and women; select the appropriate option using the size chart.
Support during recovery and activity
Compression around the patella helps reduce stress on the knee joint and may provide support for discomfort associated with meniscus tears, arthritis, tendonitis, and similar knee concerns. By helping stabilize the kneecap and limit swelling around the knee, the straps can be used as part of a recovery routine or for added support during physical activity.
Breathable comfort
Ventilation holes across the outer surface help reduce sweat buildup, while the soft, skin-friendly inner layer is designed to limit irritation and chafing. Wrapped edges help keep the construction durable by reducing the chance of threads coming loose. These features make the straps suitable for active use as well as extended daily wear.
