Red and near-infrared light therapy for equine legs uses targeted 660nm and 850nm wavelengths to support circulation and cellular energy in muscles, tendons, ligaments, soft tissue, and bone. This two-piece wrap system can be used alongside rehabilitation for bruising, edema, open wounds, arthritis, fractures, splints, acupuncture points, trigger points, and other muscle, tendon, or ligament concerns.

Key Features
Dual-wavelength equine light therapy
Each diode combines one 660nm red-light LED with two 850nm infrared LEDs. Separate controls let you use either wavelength independently or operate both at the same time, so the light dosage can be adjusted for the intended application.
10Hz pulsed operation
The pulsing function operates at 10Hz and is designed to increase the output power, producing an instantaneous two- to three-times power increase.
Portable rechargeable design
Rechargeable operation makes the device easier to use around the stable, during care sessions, or in other locations where a power outlet is unavailable.
Comfortable and practical construction
The soft, foldable SBR construction conforms comfortably around the treatment area and stores easily. A sweatproof film covers the LEDs to support simpler cleaning and routine hygiene.

Potential Uses
- Pain associated with arthritis, joint inflammation, and injury
- Wound healing and cellular repair
- Inflammation reduction and improved blood circulation
- Joint health concerns, including osteoarthritis, overuse-related cartilage degradation, and mobility issues
- Skin concerns such as hot spots, dermatitis, and hair loss
- Connective-tissue injuries, including ligament sprains, tendon strains, and other tendon injuries
- Muscle strains, tears, and recovery after training
- Neuropathy and neuropathic pain
- Chronic equine concerns such as navicular syndrome, laminitis, colic, hoof abscesses, and sore muscles
How It Works
Red light therapy, also called photobiomodulation, infrared therapy, photonic therapy, or low-level laser therapy, directs low-level light through the skin. The 600–850nm range can reach blood vessels, lymph vessels, nerves, hair follicles, and soft tissues. Light energy may encourage ATP production and collagen production, with the effect depending on the body area being treated.
For equine use, the wraps are intended for hooves, pasterns, and hocks as well as leg tissue. The therapy is used to support healing, reduce inflammation, improve circulation and immunity, and assist overall performance and rehabilitation.
